The Egypt Plantation Antique Trade Days shall not be liable in any way for the loss or damage resulting from fire, theft or accident to exhibitor's merchandise or fixtures. This includes move in, set up, show hours, breakdown or any other time exhibitor or his/her merchandise are on the Egypt Plantation property. The sponsor also shall not be liable for personal injury suffered by exhibitors or their employees while on the Egypt Plantation property. The Egypt Plantation Antique Trade Days reserves the right to terminate the contract of an exhibitor who does not meet the terms of the attached Antique/Collectible Vendor Rules and Regulations AND this Contract of Agreement. Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting all applicable sales taxes.
